ATHENS HEADQUARTERS
The headquarters of our group, HAVAKIS - MEGALONISOS, are based in suitable facilities with offices and warehouses of 2,000 sq.m. in the area of Ag. Ioannis Rentis in Athens.
The establishment in this area is a strategic choice, since it is located in the heart of the urban center of Attica, only 6 km from the port of Piraeus, while it is surrounded by all the main roads. It is worth mentioning that the Central Vegetable Market of Athens, which hosts more than 350 businesses, is only 500 m from the entrance of the company.
BRANCHES IN CRETE
BRANCH A’
In order to carry out our work with full control and credibility in Crete, we created our first branch in 2006 at the Industrial Area of Heraklion, Crete.
Our facilities consist of offices and warehouses of 1,000 sq.m. in a 2,500 sq.m stadium.
On a daily basis, we provide storage and distribution services to stores and super markets, as well as to individuals, all over Crete, delivering successfully food, beverages, cosmetics and other consumer goods.
BRANCH B’
Since 2014, due to increased workloads, we have also developed our second distribution center in Heraklion based in Finikia (Malades).
It houses modern storage spaces, which serve temperature-controlled warehousing.
Picking and loading is served by three loading ramps, one for each type of temperature condition (environment, maintenance, freezing).
Our facilities meet the following specifications:
- online connection via central computer system
- fully equipped with mechanical equipment
- skilled and experienced staff
- latest security systems
